Notifications can be send by email or directly to mobile devices.The payment request contains information about the limits of payments by specified classification (account), amount of previously approved requests and the paid amounts with the same account in current period.
The system can be set to restrict budget overrun.Files with scans or original documents can be attached to payment requests (for example, invoices or credit notes) for detailed review.The mobile application allows to approve, reject or send to reconsider or edit.A convenient list with filters allows to select requests that require attention, not paid or filter by interval.
